DeZURIK Closes the Acquisition of

APCO Willamette

DeZURIK, Inc., Sartell, Minnesota, announced the closing of its acquisition of APCO Willamette today. DeZURIK acquired substantially all of the operating assets of APCO, and assumed ordinary course current liabilities and real estate leases. APCO is an Illinois-based producer of valves that complement DeZURIK's valves. The addition of APCO products and operations to those of DeZURIK creates one of the broadest engineered valve companies in the industry.
